Shipping Methods

We aim to ship all completed orders within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) according to available stock. 
During periods of high demand, orders which are prepared fresh on a per order basis, may take up to 5-6 business days to fully process through our shop before shipping.


  • All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (Free Shipping does NOT apply to orders shipped outside of the continental U.S.)

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs related fees, surcharges or any fees associated with the delivery of the order

  • Once a package leaves our facility it is deemed to be out of our custody, the customer assumes ownership and takes full responsibility

  • If for any reason an entire or partial order, package or individual product is delayed, rejected, held, returned, lost, stolen or confiscated by customs / postal / or inspection officials the customer will be responsible for the entire invoice amount and there will be no refunds, credits or cancellations

  • For commercial customers interested in large volume purchases, please contact and we will assist you in placing your order

  • It is recommended that customers familiarize themselves with the current laws of their country before placing an order, the customer is solely responsible for compliance with all import requirements (should you have updated regulatory or legislative information regarding your country's laws please feel free to share them with us by contacting

Returns & Exchanges

Should you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact quoting your order number in the email subject line.

Returns and/or refunds will not be accepted on any grooming items that have been used.

If you receive a package wherein the contents have been damaged during transit, we will be happy to exchange the damaged items, free of charge, providing that the damaged item(s) are reported and returned to us within 10 calendar days of delivery. After 10 calendar days have passed, unfortunately we will no longer be able to offer you a refund or exchange. Please note that photographic evidence of the damaged items, upon arrival, will be required before a return is issued. 

We are not perfect, we all make mistakes. If we have sent you an incorrect item in error, please notify us via email at stating your order number, as soon as possible, or within 10 days of receipt of delivery. We ask that you kindly return the incorrect item to us, postage costs will be refunded back to you via the original method of payment, or the correct replacement item may be shipped free of charge within the usa.

We do not accept liability for returned packages damaged during transit back to us. It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure that all items are wrapped/packaged adequately to prevent further damage. If you are returning products over $65 we highly recommend a trackable and insured shipping service. *Please note that should you choose to return items from overseas, the return of items may be at the sender’s own expense*

Refunds or exchanges will not be given due to personal taste – our fragrances, while unique, have been described as best as we can on each product listing. furthermore, With any Handmade product, each product may vary slightly from batch to batch.
